Tryston arrived promptly, worked out a reasonable cost to remove one toilet continually plugging up (even though we bought a new toilet and used an augur ourselves and one augur done professionally) and use a camera down the line. He went under the crawl space and immediately diagnosed a potential problem with the 1.5" toilet vent rather than 2". He camera'd the line from outside the house to the street. Nothing outstanding. That gave us piece of mind. Since he was here and we bought a second toilet, he replaced the one in master BR. We are happy with his work. He is efficient, professional, easy to work with and cleaned up after himself. He reloaded boxes back into our closet that I emptied to allow access to crawl space. He thinks on his feet and uses his IPad to camera the main sewer line and mobile deposit our check. We would recommend Raptor Rooter.

I reached out to multiple emergency plumbing services on a Sunday, as our main drain was backing up! Raptor Rooter were the only ones to contact me back within an hour. Not only that but the services we needed were finished within an hour and a half. Steven was our technician and he was amazing! He communicated clearly on what our options were, pricing, and what we needed and explained the solutions for our issue. Not only for the day but options moving forward as well. He was also extremely kind and respectful of our home and did his job efficiently! The service today was astounding. I had 3 new toilets put in and the cold water hooked up to my soft water tank. Previous company Platinum did not hook up the cold water only the warm which makes no sense. Zachary Tanner and his service manager were super-fast and very kind and advised me on all points of what was being done. Highly recommend!!! Very good experience with the company as a whole. They got a tech headed our way right away and communication was very good. I had a very positive experience with Raptor Rooter and Plumbing. They were able to arrive the same day as I requested, they kept me informed of the arrival time as well. The technicians were very respectful and helpful. They completed the service is a short amount of time and left the area clan and tidy. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any other plumbing problems. Dylan and William were fantastic.

After running the wash filled my tub full of murky grey water, I gave raptor a call on a Sunday morning desperate for help. They were able to schedule me for the same day and Zach arrived earlier than anticipated. He was professional, thorough and informative. While there were some highs and lows of the feared worst case scenario, he was able to clear the blockage and provide valuable information about how to potentially rectify the issue in the future for my 120+ year old home. Do I want to have to call a plumber? No. Will I call this company in the future? Absolutely.

Problem with no water inside mobile home, found that the water main was frozen a couple days ago and thawed it out at the spigot as it is above ground. I rented a diesel powered heater to run hot air underneath to warm and thaw out pipes, attached new heat tape on water main as the one on it failed. After all that still no water, so I figured it was frozen underground on the buried pipe to plumbing in mobile home. I was at wit's end so I had to call a plumber. I called Raptor Plumbing and the Customer Service agent on first contact was very helpful. She dispatched Dylan who contacted me and was at residence within a half hour. He asked me a few questions about the water issues and I explained what I had done as well as what was happening with getting drips or a small stream for maybe 10 seconds after several hours of turning off water. Dylan noticed right away about the above ground water main and was not liking that setup at all. After making some inspections of everything he thought that indeed the main pipe was frozen and that they had a machine that would super heat the pipe and melt the frozen section. I agreed to the charge and he left to go get this device. He got back hooked everything up and within 5 min. or so voila running water. We had three clogged toilets and water dripping down into the kitchen. Michael managed to come by the day we called (Sunday) even though the previous job ran long and it was already after 7. He was able to get the toilets working and went above and beyond to educate us about pipes and water damage. Raptor clearly values fairness, quality, and future relationships with customers.
